Handle With Care

 This is a simple enough recipe, supplied by the Wise Woman of Devonshire Avenue.

Take one bottle of vodka of the cheap supermarket variety. Open it but don’t drink more than just a nip. Add half a dozen green chillies to the vodka. Put the lid securely back on the bottle and steel yourself for the hard part. Leave it for three or four weeks.

 

 

 

 

 

When the time’s up, open your vodka and sip it with the greatest care. Then feel free to utter suitable expletives.
Serve sparingly, you have been warned.
